Mind you that this thread is not for your school assignments, this is only for programming maths issues at work.

write in any language of your choice:

i) A Function to perform numerical computation on 2nd kind Fredholm and Voltera integration equation given any positive integer say f(x) = x^2. let's observe it convergence on it's final iteration.

ii) develop a neural function for detecting edges of an image of any pixel using Fourier transforms

iii) write a function to perform a convolutional operation on any given 3 x 3 matrices and obtain
it's eigen values and hence generate it's eigen vector.

Note: this is to see how any image whose pixel is of 3 x 3 shape behaves when any convolution is performed on it

iv) develop a function to get the partition of any given positive integer of any real number!

v) a functioning to perform backpropation on any out of the neural function in (ii) above.

can give more if need be!

What you listed are from textbooks and school assignments not the programming one does at work in most commercial environments where one gets paid.

Do you have proof to show that this were gotten from text book or school assignment?

All you see up there were from my raw head .
Do you know what computer programming is? or you expected me to give you the regular problems and already available solutions you see regularly? My dear computations are no Joke, if you really mean business.

you must be a problem solver, you can't program if you don't have laid down solutions to the problem you're attempting to proffer solutions to, I wonder what you're going up to your system to program. maybe you wanted me to ask you to solve or write a program to solve roots of quadratic equation, joke!

Have you ever heard of what it is to build algorithms to solve complex problems? Do you know what it's takes to build computational models?

my dear I think I'll be happy if you can show me were this task I gave above is really gotten from since you said that it's from school assignment. Maybe we're all new to this game I guess.

from your post, it's seems you're desperate to make money and yet not readily available to know what problem solving (programming) is.

You have just graduated in Nov in Maths, so where have you worked commercially in programming where you have written all you have listed above to develop commercial applications for an employer.

All you posted above went in you head from all the textbooks and assignments you did at school and not from an office job writing commercial applications.

Hello friends, it's official. felicitate and rejoice with me. finished B.Sc mathematics.

many started but couldn't finish but God saw me through. I don't care what the labour market is saying, I believe that God has a special ordination for me(for those who believe in the power of the most High God).

Capped it all with
1. Lebesgue measure and integral
2. Theory of partial differential equation and finally
3. System theory.

will have enough time to focus on developing computational models and sharpening my software engineering skills, got a lot I've been willing to build on my mind but was constrained by academic activities.

To think you thought all depends on after graduation to start work amazes me, my dear people are gathering real life experience even right from high school day before even joining the tertiary institutions. making good money while still in school.

well, it's in Nigeria here where most wait till gradation to start work, if you know what you're doing, your won't have to wait till graduation my dear friend.

remember, it was you who created this post looking for task, you're faced with one but went ahead diverting. it's up to you.....

I don't want to say much about myself sir, but this is my second bachelor degree yet i still consider myself a learner and will keep learning. just like I said, I don't want to say much about myself. I'll leave it at that.

I'll advise you build and improve on your Craft! I'm speaking from experience, you'll appreciate this.

if you look at that my post you quoted about me bagging a maths degree and not giving a damn about the labour market, you'll see where I stated clearly that I'll focus more on improving my self and sharpening my skills especially in computational model. I left it there for all to see.

remember, you said in your post "programing maths issues" so, those I listed were in tandem to your post. the models and algorithms I've written previously in some of my practices have nothing absolutely to do with those you see up there I itemized. I listed them as regard to your post.

you said what I did in school is what is up there I itemized? don't even go there, if what i did is those over there, I don't think there is need for me to still go for maths degree.

Do you mind showing sample of task you expect from your supposed client?

After you have worked for an organisation and you have used maths in the programming projects worked on then you can post them here and not the textbook stuff and assignments you have listed above.

True, for work it will be very hard to find an organisation where you can use your CS maths for programming their software.

Person like if I need to use this code build something, I just need less than a day to be a guru…

This thread again is not for school assignments. It is for those working in programming jobs and the maths they are using for programming at work.

So no one has programming maths issues at work they can drop here?
So why all the CS maths if you are not planning to go for a phd?

Hope madam Turmacs has seen this thread cheesy
