All the people bragging here are broke, while the rich folks from both sides are collaborating to make more money.

Stop this and think about your life

Amen Estates
Crown Estates
Revolutions estate

Are owned by land developers who can be from any tribe. Do the land developers who re-sell the same land to people own the land again?

If they build houses and sell them..do they own them again?

Go and ask concise questions so that you are schooled appropriately. Instead of disgracing yourself here.
the 3 estates you named here are owned by Yoruba people. You think Yoruba people dey play niii. 99.9% of estates in VI, Ajah, Ibeju lekki, Lekki phase 1 and 2 including banana island are owned by Yoruba people.

60% of the landlords in that area are IGBOs. Followed by people from Niger Delta 15%

Yoruba landlords in these areas are 25%

Go and check from Lagos office Incharge of lands

No Cap..IGBOs na Baba.
You're so out of touch with reality, ordinary evidence you couldn't provide, I'm sure your fellow Igbos are ashamed of you right now, pulling out statistics from your ass hole.

I repeat kids everywhere.

The Epe campus of LASU was in existence even before you started eating solid food. Before that, the campus was a former Military Barrack.

It's was Ambode that opened Epe, as Otedola didn't actually do much.

Land costing 2.5mil is not development na . See how you just disgraced yourself now. All lands in the mainland that have IGBO density cost atleast #30million -#1Billion.

Even Alaba with need to 'sand fill' their lands is costlier than 'dry land' in Epe that costs #2.5 million.

So stop the banter ..IGBOs are your masters in the Lagos you rant about
I’m only telling you some lands in ikorodu that aren’t developed. Did I mention mainland here. Stop displaying your kid attitude here joor. Mention the Igbo billionaires now. Dem no get name niiii. The festac town where Igbo people are densely populated are been owed by Igbo landlords. Even the estates in festac are been owed by Yoruba landlords. You think it’s Alaba market abi computer village we dey discuss here niii. Dey play.

That guy and most Igbos do not know how Yoruba operate.Yorubas will just be looking at you making all the noise while they continue to prosper even abroad.

Igbos do not have any company or business that is up to 40 years because they always finish them and they fold up.
They are petty traders.
It is only Yorubas that have businesses that are more than 100,90,80,70 years and still growing.

Kids everywhere.

Who goes to Ikorodu and Epe to compete, when those areas are certified Villages? People from Epe and Ikorodu still come into main town Lagos to live

Most of the houses within the main town Lagos Island and mainland respectively belong to NON YORUBA and IGBOs are a healthy percentage of the owners.

Go and get your facts right .abeg

IGBOs are the tribe with the highest real estate portfolio in LAGOS....no Cap.

So stop the cap abeg.
mention one estate Igbo owed in Lagos State. Let’s start from there. Stop been childish here joor. I don box you to a corner. Pele. You aren’t part of Yoruba roots , so you will never understand how things are done in Yoruba land. I can mention 10 estates that’s been owed by Yoruba landlords.
- Amen Estates
- Revolution plus properties
- crown Estates
- Adron Estates
- Oxford Estates
Let me stop at 5 here. All the 5 Estates I list here are been owed by Yoruba people. Dey play here. Igbo billionaires are just a tenants renting 2 bed room flats in these part of these estates.

yes . You are 100% fact here. Igbos don’t owed any estates in Lagos State. They just lease some mansions in part of these estates for 10 years for business. I don’t take empty chest beater Igbo guys serious on the media cos’ they aren’t rooted in Yoruba land. They are strangers and still never learn from Yoruba people.

Who are the owners of the buildings in those Estates. Who are the major owners of the houses in those Estates.

Being an estate developer doesn't mean you must own all the houses or lands in the Estate.

Houses are bought from the developer.

Lands in the estate are bought from the developer.

The fact remains that buyers are predominantly IGBOs. go and check and stop exposing your shallowness.

What most of them do not know is that 80% of Festac is owned by Yorubas.
Yorubas are very shrewd in creating wealth and running business.
This is the reason that they are the only Nigerians abroad with multibillion dollars businesses.
Yorubas control 75% of the real estate sector in Nigeria.
Yoruba that could start and maintain multibillion dollar real estate company like Fair Gate in UK will now leave the ones in Nigeria to mediocres?
A lot of people are going into real estate now including the Northerners and Easterners.

The Igbo business that I can say it’s thriving are those that are selling tiles. Yes, those that are into tiles are much entitled and easy to buy a land and build on it. Unlike others. Yoruba people even have estate in Uk, US. Yoruba people are much humble cos’ of the culture they love to protect. Na empty chest Igbo guys dey beat. They no get any fact jare. You are delusional, sir.
Records at lands showed that they are mostly owned by Yorubas.
Igbos are mainly petty traders and live mostly in Ajegunle and environs.

Let me just give you example that you might understand using Ibadan.
Ibadan has more than 11 GRAs being habited by Yorubas and lots of estates etc.
All Igboland states combined have only 7 GRAs and very scanty houses.
It is only 52sq km Onitsha that has a fairly filled environ with Okpoko slum taking half of this 52sq km.
