Are you a First time with no previous License?

Then you needed a Driving School Certificate before any other processing.

You'll need to enroll into a registered and certified Driving School..
You'll be taught the basics for 26 working days ..after which you'll be issued a certificate.

How about for someone who has driven abroad, but wanna get a Nigerian one for my stay in Nigeria

Your foreign driver's license can be used in lieu of driving certificate..you'll still need to pass thru VIO testing.

Step 1. Obtain a driving school cert. takes three months,

Step 2. Download of applicants details online

Step 3.Payment into govt kofa.

Step 4. Attachment of Learners permit

Step 5. Biometrics. Inside the capture room, you're issued the temporal license.

In one to two months time the plastic aka permanent is out.
