Truths9ja:That's their style. Hide behind vague and nebulous 'expert' credentials to sell wholesale lies to satisfy their lust for supremacist bragging against others. When we start doing verified statistics and established facts, you will always find them lacking. Van Daniel my azz. Can this Van Helsing or whatever even wipe the feet of Carrillion constructions owned by Bidemi Amusa? Igbo man own na case of smallest ikebe sef dey shake. https://www.carrillionng.com.ng/ |

TopBanter:dem no get anything jare. Na building materials dem dey sell. They will rent 2 bed room flats in these estates for business purposes. We know most of them in the street. They are very little in Lagos State. 99.5% of estates in Lagos State are owned by Yoruba people. |

Truths9ja:Lol. Those empty braggarts can talk up when all their developers rolled into one are fit to wipe the feet of the King of Banana Island Sijibomi Ogundele aka Sujimoto. Igbo man that can deliver projects like Lukrezia in Banana Island, and many others billionaire Sijibomi Ogundele has produced to world acclaim, should raise his hand up. Nonsense. https://sujimotonig.com/project/lucrezia-by-sujimoto/

Truths9ja:That is the very problem of the highly ignorant average Igbo man. You will never see Sujimoto or Bidemi Amusa, and the other many Yoruba property moguls, doing such because class comes with the ethnicity. It is the garish money-miss-road clown always shouting they are the richest and own/developed everything and everywhere because their drug dealers sprayed 10 million naira in a club. Clowns. |

TopBanter:you are even mentioning sujimoto here, what of the owners of Oxford, adron, Amen estates too. Igbos no get any estates joor. They just rent 2 bed room flats in one of the estates and start showing off on the media that they have arrived. No one take them serious at all. |

walefresh3:Nigeria definitely has a big problem. When you say California, what you are shown are the beautiful parts of the state, not the slum areas filled with drug addicts and homeless people but once you say Lagos or Oyo these are the images you see. Nigerian movie people are even worse as they move to the most remote and undeveloped areas of the country to paint their faces and be doing hum hum hum with spear as if they have ever seen any Nigerian doing like that. If you tell people these places you posted are parts of Nigeria they will likely argue with you

TopBanter:First of all you obviously dont have respect for your father thats why you will tell him to shut the eff up. Be that as it may. I did not want to be dragged into this mess. Let me lecture you how the real estate works. Some goes to buy large expanse of land and develop the infrastructures like road and perimeter fencing etc and later people come and buy the land and build. Megamund, Crown Estate, and Landwey fall under this category. People mostly come and buy the lands in these Estates and develop. I can tell you for free, we bought a 515sqm land in Megamound estate yesterday for #80M, the development will commence soon. Carlton and Royal Gardens Estate ( rumored to be owned by a certain Bourdillion Chief) also fall under this category There are others who buy the entire expanse of land and develop both houses and infrastructures, Lekki Gardens was topping this chat with Lekki Gardens 1, 2, 3 4, before they have the issue of building collapse and dropped the name Lekki Gardens and propagated HORINZON 1 2, 3 , 4 , 5 and counting. Richard the owner is my personal friend of over ten years. . Van Daniels Properties and Victoria Crest also fall under this category. Van Daniels Estate located Inside Spring Valley Estate after General Paints contains about 250 terraces ( Go and verify), also he has Eden's Court located Inside Bera Estate with about 100 terracces ( go and verify) also he has Van Daniels Estate around the Conservation Center with about 150 Terraces ( Go and Verify). Also the Likes of Victoria Crest have done greatly also. But I will not also forget URBAN PRIME 1, 2, 3 4 ( Rumored to be owned by the ONI) is also a huge name presently in the industry which also falls under the later category. Now here is the interesting thing. In both categories I mentioned, they sell to their clients and I can tell you for free Igbos are their greatest clients. Go and verify. Let me even use your Crown Estate as an example, Without exaggeration, Igbos own 40% of the houses in crown Estate ( go and verify). Am sure the information I dropped is way above your pay grade and by extension, your comprehension but believe you me, this is just a tip of the iceberg. Am being so careful not to devour much information for kids here. By the way, the blog u referenced and base your argument on, the owner doesnt even have the slightest of idea of whats on ground in real estate in Lagos. there are even names I expected her to mention but obviously she is totally ignorant of those names. Razaq Okoya (Eleganza Estate is huge) but she is ignorant of it and interestingly ignorant people like you are using that as a bases for their blind arguement. Am sure you are not even on the Island to. uderstand the dynamics of real estate. Now thank me for lecturing you a little. |
