Women head easily swollen big when their husbands are in power, if you, as a husband don't let her know her level, she would cause problem for you. Infact, even in ordnary extended family, husband must cut his wife wings for him to be able to leave in peace with his siblings.

That woman was simply protecting her husband. She knew he needed lots of medical help and it seemed like some people close to the governor were offering alternative intervention which the wife didn’t like. She knew her husband more than these people.

There are very educated people who would advise you to go to the church or consume strange brews when you are ill instead going to the doctors.

The wife was right. Akeredolu was in a very vulnerable state and some people took advantage of it. Why would an aide offer him concoctions to drink? Is that aide a doctor or a pharmacist? That particular aide should be queried.

Akeredolu was a husband and father and his family is the one mourning him while most of his friends and aides have forgotten him and gone back to play politics.

People should leave this woman alone to mourn her husband.
