There are few things we have fully controls of as humans, controlling what goes into your mouth to me is the epitome of discipline. Fasting thrice a week practically transformed my life(mental clarity, increase productivity due to increase level of concentration, less sickness)

Igbo obsession is real. These people must be really great to warrant such obsession.

It is you that is trying to make sentiment out of the comment. He is an Igbo man who achieved the goal he set for himself.

Its actually real bro
I was in a bar yesterday during arsenal match and talk of Nigeria winning nation cup came up
One guy just joking said Nigeria can't win the nation cup because Tinubu is bad luck.
The next thing we heard from one Yoruba guy behind us was Omo igbo
We have to confront him immediately.
Even the guy that made the joke is from Benue

The igbo obsession will first destroy the yorubas

Am at the first pics stage....
People saying nonsense don't know how hard it is to loose weight.
The stress, dedication, frustration, tiredness etc...
Even waking up and thinking of exercising is tiring
I will snap myself tomorrow and give myself 3months to drop atleast 25-30kg.
Currently I weigh 114
let's motivate ourselves. That is my aim for this year too. I want to drop like 30-35 kg before September. It takes hard work and dedication. I used to be a fitness freak and was looking so fit, trim and young even after 4 children. I was a good size 12. But a lot of water passed the bridge these few years and I realized now that I practically breath hard when I climb the stairs.
I am going back to fitness o.
It may be difficult but with dedication I can build back the stamina I used to have of running for 35 minutes, road work and ending up doing 8.5 on the treadmill for 25-30 minutes. My stamina was something else for a woman. But nowadays, just small walk , I will be panting like a puppy denied of water. And after God and my children, exercise used to be my joy giver. I am going back to it.
Ironically, my daughter is a fitness coach and karate trainer, but I keep dodging her . But this year she said she is ready for me🤣🤣

Looks like he got sick and lost all the pounds! If you can't lose weight by exercise, try to look for one small sickness and catch!

How does this concern tribe? Some people are just embarrassing Nigeria on this international forum and don't even know.

I'm just curious as to how he lost the weight. His body doesn't look firm so I rule out exercise. I guess it's diet control ... since I don't see his skin sagging. I have workmates that lost a whole lot of weight ... and a few who gained a whole lot. One was strictly diet ... she was on a vegetarian diet ... eating a whole lot of "greens" for lunch. She reduced a whole lot with no signs indicating she was once fat. Two tied their stomach. They did not lose weight evenly. One top reduced ... arms were flabby and had filaria legs. The other had filaria legs only. One guy had size like the topic guy but reduced even more but with a good body. He said he used to drink a lot ... especially beer and smoke. Asked how he stopped ... said one day his sneaker laces got loose and realized he couldn't bend to tie them. He gave up drinking and smoking ... changed his lifestyle. This other workmates was a chain smoker ... he gave up cigarettes but began to swell .. and swell and swell ... now he is just a big ball of flesh and is having serious heart and breathing problems. Many have come on the job fat ... but the job is physically demanding ... like being in the gym all day... and it's amazing to see these fatties drop weight and develop tight toned and fat free bodies. People just need to manage their diet and exercise and the body will find its own weight.

This is so impressive.l watched most Nollywood actors and actresses that died or got severely sick and most were either fat or mobidly obese. Most Nigerians both home and abroad don't do enough or have the discipline to lose weight. Those that have the money to spend just overeat themselves and get overweight and die sooner and that is why we have a very low life expectancy of 53 years.Kudos to the man and hope he continues and never relent on his weight loss journey.
