Only Supermarket, Pharmacy, Hair saloon and fast food to an extent move well in closed estates.

Other Business type doesn't really move like that. Just study your environment and come up with 4 things that takes people out of the estate on weekends most especially.

Those 4 Biz I listed are your surest bet.
