In that 2010 speech, he asked for an amount to stop "ignorant africans" from turning Europe black. This constitute as hate speech. I really don't understand what you expect from a conversation with the guy.
It is not normal to make a claim and then to literally expect people to beg you to provide evidence. You are quite falling into his trap of making the entire talk to be about his claim being true or false.

It is just as if we were both debating me being king of the world or not, then out of the blue I state that I have 1 million dollars. Then you ask me for proof and I delay providing proof, and then the entire conversation becomes about me having 1 million dollars or not. When I provide evidence of having 1 million dollars, you won't have the strength to deny that I am king of the world anymore.
