You know why? Because of this stealing mentality that has taken over some people in such a way that even before they place order, they already see their item stolen. And whenever tracking updates don't agree with their expectations, the next thing is for them to start screaming "I don talk am, they've stolen my item!"

It could be wrongly sorted before departure, could miss it's way at the transit country, could be a tracking delay, could be stolen at point of entry, could miss it's way to a wrong location and delayed before rerouting, could be extracted at transit office or could be that receiver's details isn't clear on the label or extraction at last mile (which is rarely the case).

It's not even a NIPOST thing but individuals. Speedaf lost a batch(es) of package(s) last year, no one cried here. Someone just accused a Speedaf rider of package extraction 2 days ago, all "NIPOST stole my items" crew no yan anything.

I've sent and received over 2000 items via NIPOST and I only had 2 cases of missing/extracted items. Even some items that had no arrival updates were delivered intact.

Those people's level of insecurity ehn 🤷‍♂️[/color]
