Awka as a whole is a massive construction site and with this rate,Awka will soon be the city of destination in sub-saharan Africa, the systematic and meticulous planning put in place by govt and the individual contribution to this massive development is very intentional. The manufacturing, educational,IT,entertainment and the hospitality industries are welly developed to world class standard.
God bless our efforts.

The destruction of igbos properties in lagos is a blessing in disguise.

Time to make money in lagos and move the investment to the east.

Sweet Capital flight 101.

Trying to impress people who careless about You.

Funniest part of this brouhaha is the fact that those houses may only be opened December and closed by January.

What's the use of an estate that no one lives in?

Bragging Right abi?

It's called PR. Sends positive signals to investors, and encourages more investments. I thought this was common sense.

This PR is necessary because of people like you who think life starts and end in Lagos,no one lives anywhere else.

If u're using Light from Ekedp, U must buy and use meters registered by them. If u buy meters registered to other discos, u may not be able to recharge.

Just go to any Nepa office close to you and apply for a meter, or u can try the link below.

Nothing impressive here. This is just a place for a few privileged people. Build blocks of multistorey buildings like Lagos State to meet the accommodation needs of the locals.

This will end up being like one of those estates that people acquire but nobody lives in them because those who can afford them live outside the country. This doesn't solve the accommodation problem of the people.

Attached: those are the kinds of houses the government builds in Lagos. That's what every state in the East should be building to provide accommodation for all and utilise scarce land.

I like anything igbo. Anything, especially Anambra; very ambitious human beings. Anambra women are not good in the oza room but they're very intelligent. They can turn sand into garri, they can turn water I to wine. God bless the igbos.

Una don start, when chino respond now, una go begin shout “Igbo unity”

What imolites needs may not be what ndi Anambra need. Every state should have their priorities, I’m sure that block of flats in onitsha alone is the highest concentration of such in the country, it’s not a crime for the rich to have their own estates too

Stop the envy already

Let each state pursue their housing program. Life does not start and end in Lagos, oga. sad

Nobody dey envy anyone; I don't have that time. Chino can continue with his madness; you can even join him. Nobody cares; I don't live on Nairaland. What I wrote there is a fact; Lagos State pattern is by far much better.

Check how Wike builds in Rivers State too. Govt builds to meet the accommodation needs of the people... unless that project is wholly owned by private people. You people don't like to learn or take corrections. Everything na envy and jealousy to you.
