Deborah0w: This is a tough one though, there's 40% chance of getting this done. If it is all the USB port, then the PCH USB receiving and transmitting section is bad. Reflowing the chip or Programing the bios chip can solve it. This is a quick fix, there's little chance of it working(reinstall the operating system and see.) |

Good morning. I have an issue. I am attempting to downgrade the operating system (OS) of my laptop from Windows 11 to Windows 10. I have downloaded the ISO files from the Windows website to my USB flash drive. However, when I restart the system and try to boot from the disk, the system shuts down. What could be the cause of this? |

udemzyudex:Yes it is, but when I connected it to boot from m external hard drive it wasn't seeing it, it only saw the bootable flash drive.. Without the flash it doesn't shutdown it power on properly. |
