It's not your fault at all, na Nairaland and insomnia give you the opportunity to talk thrash to me. You won't be able to utter a word if you see me in person and that's if you can even come close. That piggy bank image was spare change I put together within 2 wks after I bought a $110,000 car, paid cash and was temporarily broke. So when you throw insults here, look well cos I'm not on your level. I pay one of my workers about N4m monthly, he'll feed your generation.
Please, show me way or help me with a job. With M.Tech degree, my pay is 45k at a private college of health tech. I will mail you soon.

Ok.
About the connection and meeting with people of like minds, what will i be doing then. I will still be teaching in the classroom then?

About the referral, u said whilst still doing ur job and succeeding at it. Pls wat job are u refering to? Teaching in the classroom also?

And wat do u do actually?
Are u teaching in a school?
Or
Are u self employed a kind of?
Pls just explain a little more for me.
ravensckar:
Firstly, you have to start by obtaining a degree in Education. i.e Qualification.

Then, you'll work a few years as a Teacher to learn the ropes i.e Experience.

Later, you'll meet with people of like minds from whom you'll learn a lot i.e Connection.

Whilst still doing your job and succeeding at it, you'll encounter people (clients) who will tell the world about you. i.e Referral.

All these may take years, but if you persevere, you'll definitely get there. cheesy cheesy

Remember, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, CONNECTION & REFERRAL.

#That's_All.

mine is a primary school teacher...15 k ... location is in Sokoto state...am done with NYSC.... My qualification is BSc .... the salary is just... barely enough to take care of my needs... but I do go to do manual jobs after closing hours till 10 pm... it's in this period of time that I can relate to the term called Starvation Wage in Sociology...by Karl Marx

I know how you feel, I was also working in sokoto, just after nysc, back in the day.. The good thing about the place is that food items, transportation is cheap..

Sokoto are lovely people, if and when they like you and you in turn respect yourself and avoid their women.

My station den was Gwadabawa, Sokoto state. Keep your head up, things can only get better.

Try to learn Hausa, if you haven't already, e get big advantage.

For those in Sokoto and Adamawa, abeg make una find una way out of that place.
