If another of the Top 5 on the continent played how we've played would you rate them?

You know those teams don't concern me per se. At this point I am just thirsty for a win. We struggle too much.

Most of the time I saw him in the middle I stead of his traditional line hugging. Did not complete even one single take on
He was really poor. We are witnessing a serious decline before our eyes.

By the way chukwueze was the poorest player I've seen so far in this round of matches. He played like those players you have "unattached" next to their names on Wikipedia.
Horrible performance to put it mildly.

How about the turnovers? Can you say he dictated the tempo of the game the way a real deep lying midfielder does? A one off pass here and their doesn't cut it. He's supposed to have absolute control of the game. Watch Rodri or Toni kross
Then you are asking him to do the impossible. I thought the function of Nwakali was to come and give long passes. Okay Nwakali will dictate tempo? We'll then but my point is that Iwobi did his bit

I really can empathize with those critical of Osimhen...to transit from a great to a legend...a player needs to turn up in those key moments..

Aghahowa gave fans those vibes during his peak..man would show up when the chips are down.

Osimhen's issue appears more mental to me.
He needs to borrow Nacho's calmness in front of goal..he makes big errors during those big moments...But I think with time he would overcome it.

Everyone is dealing with the result in their own way when everybody don calm down we will resume analysis grin

Victor deserves to be criticized for his misses today but I find some of the takes a bit baffling considering that he still scored today. Osimhen is wack, is overated but in two tournament matches he has already scored more goals than some peoples favorites and legends wey no score single goal in 9 tournaments. Make I off mic sha.

Some pple wan minus osimhen’s goals against São Tomé 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Make una relax.

Osimhen's miss stung. But it's his name on the scoresheet AND this is not a time in the tournament when history is made.

On a lighter note, who saw that beautiful dribbling from Onuachu? He's not so bad with his feet after all. grin
Onuachu was known for his dribbles and leg over very early in his career.

Haba na on top one bad game wey be say na him score!?

You all making it seem Victor has been missing sitters consistently for the past 4-5 games.

Criticize him for today's game he deserves it but trying to downgrade a player who has bailed us so many times in recent past matches is unfair.

I NEVER rated him as a player. All his game in SE is nothing to write home about.
All his useless passes, His predictable dribbling with no head way, His shots that usually bounce off players, His wide angle kicks that goes off target? Name them! That guy is useless as P in pussy.
If players like Noni Madueke or Carney Chukwuemeka were available all these retrogressive play would shove his ass to the bench.

How does it show corruption?

For one, Alhassan should have been forced on Peseiro? So your ilks can claim "north north"?

Nawa for some of una for this place
Nothing like north - North . The guy supposed be in the team. it shows corruption because in sane system , the coach would not have been appointed . the corrupt system produces clueless coach who does not know the value of players such as Yusuf Alhassan. Now Nigerians are hoping his injury is not severe
