I think maybe Paserio wanted Onuachu but the federation forced Sadiq on him while also limiting him to 25 players.

After the Guinea defeat and with Sadiq complaining of a minor knee pain, Paserio was like opeoo (thank God oo), Dr. ..... Abeg do something, I no want this man before. Na tall Onuachu I want for headers!

Paserio omo ogbon!!

lol!

I once said it here that I don't trust naija medical teams when it comes to player assessment. Now Sadiq has started personal training. If he was not fit for the first match, we will know he is not fit... The matter just tire person.

The place dem build that stadium is faaaaar from the city center. Local around there are villagers who can't afford match tickets.
Wow.

Well, that explains the poor attendance figures. Thanks for the info.

Apology for the comment too. It is just that every time such discussions come up, you are always quick to tag it as 'colonialist mindset'. Identifying the flaws in African football is one way we can 'appreciate ours'.

Well, going by the picture, I'm guessing there was a confrontation between Chukwueze and one/some of the players during the meeting.

Chukwueze probably got angry, left the meeting, then Ekong ran after him to calm him down grin

The English will knock your head for saying this crap!
Do you even know the meaning of coaching?
Rohr got us to qualify on record point from a group than include Algeria, Cameroon and Zambia! Got us to AFCON semi final! Why did you guys call for his sack?
because the quality of his coaching had reduced drastically and the performance of his new team has proven true.

What do you expect. Scoring against the 'almighty' Nigerian team is not for everybody. There is this swagger that builds up within you when you score against a popular team.
