A friend of mine and I were arguing about something and I would like to have your input on this matter.
A promising career in one of the big 4 firms or a job at FIRS? Which is better ?

Yes your lawyer will apply for you and collect his fees, but at the court, they will charge you that percentage.
You can go and ask walk into any federal high Court

His Excellency F.Gov Oyetola denied the replacement exercise to his fellow minister but they are recruiting this year and probably next month.
I will drop the info once either of NPA and NIMASA begins.

The big 4 in terms of salary and career growth.
Promotion in the big 4 is every year while in Firs is every 3 years. Salary 4 managers in the big 4 is within an average salary of 1.2 million naira while Firs managers all earnings is not up to a million naira .e.g one of the big 4 pay their manager 1.3 m+.... Senior manager to senior manager, they are far ahead. In FIRS, you have a lot of time for yourself and leave is 30 days compared to 20 days in the big 4 which they will still collect from you. A friend turn than the big4 offereing him better pay to FIRS based on personal reasons while someone else turn down FIRS based on the pay of FIRS. THE CHOICE IS NOW IN YOUR HANDS.

My 10GB connect called me now and asked me to go and submit my CV to one FMC as Scientific Officer but I know their BSc salary is just roughly 130k.

I rejected the offer politely and I informed him that I wanted a place where I could earn both salary and allowance up to 600k-1m per month. A place where I will be able to help our community people on his behalf as his boy.

As far as I know; NNPCL, NLNG, NIMASA, NPA, NUPRC.
What other agencies do you know my people?

Before you abuse me or think am proud; I'm also a young politician and I contested for the House of Assembly in last year's election and came 4th.
I'm looking for a better place where I can see money to project my career and help my people.

Please if you have geniue and sure info about those big agencies with good pay, please inform me, I will forever appreciate it.

I have a BSc in pure and applied Chemistry and ND in SLT.
Currently doing my MSc and I can stop it anytime if a better offer shows.

Big 4 promotes every year, although it is not automatic but performance based as long as you deliver on your KPIs
