The president is and has given that powers to the IG, COAS, CDS, CNS, CAS and other paramilitary heads in Abuja. None of them reports to Wike but the president why then are you blaming Wike and not the president? Psychophancy is very bad, it blocks critical thinking skills of people.

We have been saying that security is bad in Nigeria but we were taken for granted.
Now that Abuja is involved, you are calling for state of emergency only in Abuja,not a national state of emergency on security? Selfish people!
People were killed in plateau, Kaduna, Katsina,Kogi,Ondo,IMO,Zamfara,Taraba,Bauchi,Gombe, etc but government was cool with that! As it's touching the elite's territory, you suddenly remember state of emergency?
