I no believe my eye say Iwobi play 90+9!
he was the smooth operator of the team. He did well with his link up play

The flow of the game from 75mins was very delicate...JPES did what he ought to do by closing the defence up putting more bodies there....if he had removed Alex it would have been a disaster....a new midfielder would have committed a penalty or gotten a red card.
zuchyblink:
Iwobi was tired and the coach left him till the entire generation

Bro, the attack will not peak because there is no creative midfielders.
The coach will call up Zubby next week and Iwobi will be sent packing
Don't worry Mazi

Pepe wan enter, everybody dey clap... immediately he jam Bassey, spice comot the pepper and he started sweating. I think Bassey should stick to LB, that's his best position.

Bro Iwobi was a weak link
He was tired could barely hold the ball for long
Nacho would've done better if he was brought in

Even Moffi would've outrun that Ivory coast defense if he was to come in for oshimen

Tactics and formation determine the potency of a team attack.
Our formation of 532 when off the ball and 343 when with the ball would not yeild more than 2 goal. Cote d' Ivoire is a good team.
Good team nibo?

Not even about this win we just got. Their defense is not it. Their potent attack has masked the true nature of their defense over the last 11months. We could only get a goal and defended it. We ought to score 4 if individuals were less selfish. In such counter situations, releasing the ball when you see movement is the most important decision at such moment that Osayi and Chuks wasted. Playing like Kai Havertz by going further left instead of a chip pass.

Zaidu did what he was told which pinned their right full back. He might not be the most technically gifted but he played his part. The insults directed towards him are quite harsh and unnecessary
When team won a match all the players get accolades but fact Sanusi lack finesse in his game.

See you. Immediately I saw Baba looking dapper in suit, I don know say CIV is in trouble. Somebody who is capable of wearing suit in that kind of weather is capable of anything.

Okay with Bruno replacing Sanusi na Chuks and Ekong be the problem of this team. While simon is good defensively..
Offensively him and chuks offer nothing to this team

Nacho for Iwobi would have been a disaster. Onyedika? YesThere is a reason those 3 carpenters couldn't penetrate our midfield.
