I'm not out there exploring things that will change my life in a twinkle of an eye because I'm shy

I love creating content, acting and social stuffs, i do it indoor my mom and my sister most time enjoy what i do

The problem now is I'm shy of doing it out there, working on the road sometimes I'd be feeling like everyone is looking at me

How can i work on myself I really need help

Waoooh I finally met my type of person.Have been wondering if am the only one in this shoe
I also hate insult and criticism. These are my natural personalities but I have been able to overcome it to a good extent
Life actually pushed me out to face my fears because for me to survive, I have to go out and I have been able to handle it.Firstly avoid eye contact with people.Stop thinking about what people will say. Be bold and lastly,stand your ground against criticism

when i wanted to go and watch super Eagle match today i nearly fall inside gutter when i saw some ladies coming in front of me

Op i found out talking to strangers is a good way to overcome it because u have the mindset that even if the person judges u good or bad u probably wouldn't see he/she again.

Practice talking to strangers and when talking make sure to have eye contact it could be on any topic but politics , lifestyle and current news seems to be more relatable

I was worse than that. I could go months indoors and my peers would tink i travelled.
my outlook changed wen my uncle died, i decided to do tinz 4 only me while respecting others.

now i dont care wat d world tinks afteral nobody on earth can resurrect me.

Force yourself to talk to people bro ,what i am currently doing is to chat with at least a stranger once week .
It's even worse when talking to a girl , my opinion is to force yourself to make eye contact when speaking
