Don't use nivea it will make sweaty it's not realy water base. I have dry skin too and I use Vaseline intensive care lotion. It's water base and non sticky/ greasy. St ives is very good too

Wether it is fair(which is odd) ordarl skinned or ebony or yellow,brown is not the issue
But if the skin color is his issue,then you will realize he has a body problem
