I was thinking in that direction too. Something was weird about both attacks.

It was definitely planned. Two things just played, Iran just showed they are not afraid to hit a nuclear powered state and knows how to deescalate quickly without hampering it's reputation, and Pakistan has a good response to any violation of its territory. It's a show of power.
