By making the 12 sharia states renounce unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system they adopted between 1999-2001.
Boko Haram which gave rise to bandits/kidnappers are fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws.
The bandits/kidnappers flooded Nigeria from the Sahel region during the Buhari administration when borders with Niger 🇳🇪 Republic were opened for them to troop into Nigeria to become citizens of Nigeria.

Buhari vowed before a large crowd of Muslims in Kaduna in 2001 that he would not stop until Islamic sharia criminal laws are applied in all the states of Nigeria.

If these Boko Haram/Bandits/Kidnappers are not checked, they will indebolate every section of Nigeria and hoist the flag of Islamic Republic of Nigeria.

Farook Kperogi knows much of what is going on: something like the Taliban of Afghanistan may envelope Nigeria.

Is already almost complete, the beauty is that the local Fulani who have been protecting the foreign Fulanis are also getting slaughtered now by the foreign Fulanis who are very crude. Actually Nigeria will be Afghanistan eventually after the south breaks away

Geo-tagging isn't smart because Kidnappers call with a phone from a different location far from their Victims........... reason why they kill their Victims once they noticed they were tracked to a different location. This way they figured that their Victims are cooperating with Police which is sacrosanct to their "Profession".

I have said this Before. You can only Curb Kidnapping by:

*Ringing ALL the exit points in Abuja with a Specially-trained Anti Kidnapping team.

*They will be trained in Visual inspection and Body language.

* Their only role is to visually check occupants and boots of cars and apprehension of Perps if identified as Kidnappers based on Solid findings

*Have "Mobile" Units mount "Mobile" Checkpoints within the interior of the City, making it difficult for Perps to know where the Mobile Unit's Checkpoints are at ANY time. This is necessary because most naija Checkpoints are predictable as to time and location so Kidnappers know where to avoid the Checkpoints.

* Mobile Teams must have sophisticated communications Between Units at exit points and Interior Units for Triangulation and Quick apprehension of "Run-away" Kidnappers.

* The Special Team must not ask any stupid questions as regards Particulars of cars etc. This way Bribery is curbed and traffic jam is avoided.

* Another Covert "Special" Unit should MONITOR the activities of this other Special Unit for Transparency purpose.

* This should be a Pilot program and if successful in Abuja, must be replicated in other Cities promptly.

**** Kidnapping will never stop in Nigeria WITHOUT Checkpoints (this is Nigeria) and Proper Intel from Citizens and All Security Organizations in Nigeria.

Criminal elements exist in every slum, every middle income community and even every highbrow enclave. To assume that no homegrown hoodlums are involved in the free for all is unrealistic. The country is in dire financial straits. Many bandwagon hoppers are in on it. Not only the fulani herdsmen and their cousins.
True, but most times when these kidnappers/bandits are encountered by victim villagers or security forces, they are often said to be speaking in fulfude with foreign accents identified with Niger republic or some others.

How do you handle the call from IG office that always ask for arrested Fulani kidnappers to have their case moved to Abuja and afterwards they are freed. Even a delta house of rep member confirmed this too, so how is your plan going to handle that

When south of Nigeria breaks away from Nigeria? When ever?

You are correct, but there's a breaking point for everything, there may be nothing left to dangle again by the time the economy completely collapses which isn't far away anymore.

I didn't support Tinubu in the last election because of situations like this. Man is too old and barely knows of his own existence.
