Since his goals against Ukraine and Brazil,he has been mostly rubbish in the GWG.. I say it without apology . He isn't a proper midfielder...
Funny. It's like playing amokachi as midfielder. It won't work. But pereira won't listen

Thank God for that own-goal. If it had gotten to Osimhen he could have missed it. angry
People will always create excuses for him because they prefer him to others. If you calculate all his misses so far in this tournament, you're going to be heading towards double digits.

That's very poor for a striker of his calibre.

nothing to shock about.. the signs have been there.. just one splendid assist in so many mathces.. he doesn't add nothing to the midfield

Marjoribanks:
l am shocked at his performance.

I watched one of Henry's clips where he said Wenger told him to watch the strengths of his team and play accordingly and he said his game upped.

Peseiro ought to tell these boys to do same. Especially the front three.

We know the weaknesses of the midfield but how can the front 3 help them in terms of running into zone and interpreting space

Leave them. They think the guy dey do nothing. Someone is not even playing his preferred position and still dey create chance pass those in front of him and they're complaining?? Lol. This midfield set up is wack

Sincerely, I do not see us winning any team in that group C.

We are lacking in so many areas.

We are the only team relying on our number 9 to score.

Midfielders can't shoot, dribble nor pass!

Guinea/Cameroon will destroy this team!

No understanding! Just players ranting.

You’re supposed to bring the down with your chest and shoot. Chances like those are what differentiate world class strikers vs good strikers

Aribo and Simon need to be phased out. JP’s insistence on such a thin midfield will be our undoing. Should be at least 3 more MFs on our bench with one that has proper ball playing abilities.

Midfield has no passing patterns.
Thin midfield started with Eguavon and Rohr.

Chukwueze really fell off. He's not playing like an Ac Milan material.
His performances in the GWG have not been up to the level he showed during AFCON 2019.

His decision making in the final third is worrisome...just like Simon Moses.

Would love to see more of this version Lookman and maybe Nathan Tells after this AFCON.

What is the use of Aribo?

I have been a stern supporter of this guy but he is so miserable and lazy.

Can't mark, press nor pass! Just walking around! Wda heelll!!

Get him out and put Onyedika then move Onyeka to his role.
If you have eyes then you wouldn't be a stern supporters of Aribo or Iwobi. They are not midfielders

This main character syndrome Moses Simon has is why he'll never amount to more than a mediocre player.

Can't beat his man, can't trap the ball, can't cross, can't shoot, passing zero. He can't even shield his man properly. What a player

That's why people are clamoring for Nwakali if Iwobi is not playing let Onyedika or Nwakali play.

Aribo is a LW or SS not a midfielder.
Charles!!!!you are needed here

Surprising things is GNB are really holding their own, thought it would be a mini walkover.
