The Supreme court judgements were political. It was just to maintain peace in the land. Appeal court justices are as good as their Supreme court counterparts. As a matter of fact, the Appeal court justices are now in the Supreme court. You let Tinubu win second term, and that will be the end of PDP and Labour as we know both as political parties.

Even if the Justices were drunk, their judgement remain valid more so when litigation of such terminates at the Court of Appeals.

They cannot go beyond Appeal Court and also the judgement of the Supreme Court was not about them but the Gov.

SC judgement did not make any references to their Case bcoz, in the eyes of the Law, it's not aware of the existence of such Case since it was not brought before it.

So, even if they approach SC, it would not have the jurisdiction to hear it.

If the Supreme Court wasn't useless, it should have made a pronouncement to restore their mandate or have them retried at the court of appeal. The law is meant for man and not man for the law!

If four children is under punishment by the mother and the father returns from work, hears the matter and free the eldest child for the same crime the mother is punishing the four junior ones. He must as a matter of justice and head of the family free the remaining four because if he finds the eldest innocent, the four juniors must be found innocent.

Did they take their own case to the supreme court? Were they joined in the case the governor took to the supreme court? Well, they can continue to sit at their own expense, govt will not pay them one kobo.

The ruling of the supreme Court has nullified the judgement of the appealate court by proxy.
Justice was miscarried in this case but the decision of the court is final.
