A bad keyboard will make your laptop not to function well, like handing, taking too much time to load etc.

I'll suggest you replace the keyboard.

For strong battery, go for Dell, both can easily be fix and Dell is more durable to me due to the fact that there's less refurbished in the market unlike HP.

I just installed Windows 11 on my system and it does not have the hibernate option. Only sleep, lock switch user and shut down. It's not everytime that I'll like opening all apps afresh, so I prefer to hibernate most times.

I've checked the settings. I've tried editing 'Change what the power button and close lid do'. I've even pressed the 'change settings that are currently unavailable' option. Yet, I can't find hibernate. What else can I do?

2. Dell latitude 7490 core i5 gen 8, 16 gig ram, 256 ssd (1.9 GHz)

I really don't see much difference between 6th-8th gen so just go for the 7th gen with 2.5GHz speed
