Chevron told the President today that they: 1. Are making an entry into OPL 215 block (deep-water) 2. Have signed a 20-year renewal of 3 deepwater leases. 3. Have started seismic data acquisition in several deepwater leases. 4. Have started "life extension work" on Agbami (their deep offshore jewel). 5. Have partnered with NNPCL to secure $1.4 billion to finance the drilling of 37 new wells (shallow offshore and onshore in/around Escravos). This won't trend cos headline ain't Chevron is leaving Nigeria to Ghana. LOL! |

Ballzproblem2:You have a point. It will be fully operational by 2030 because the NPP is a 4-unit plant. Each unit will produce 1,200megawatts. i.e 4800megawatts in total. Cost is $30b with Rosatom providing $25b export loan. |
