If an accuse is found guilty by a magistrate court and he does not appeal his case, he will not be released if someone else with a similar case gets judgement at the appeal court

Democracy had already been undermined with the false judgements of the appeal court that sacked them in the first place because there are lots of precedence they should have relied on but they looked other way. In a serious democracies, all the judges that delivered such illegal judgement will be facing serious scrutiny and repercussion of their illegal judgement. The supreme court had said umpteenth times that issue of nomination is exclusively party issue and no other party can dabble into it. They even called those that does that in the past busybodies and interlopers but the judges overlooked such precedence. What a country, what a people.

Can Supreme Court judgement be overhauled? No, why behave as if they can do anything to it?

Even the Supreme Court is not infallible. They all make mistake. In the case of David Lyon, the Supreme Court came out clearly to say they have departed from that judgement and no longer accept it as legal precedent. That’s an admittance of error. The mistake notwithstanding, the judgement remain valid. That’s how law works.

They deserved arrest and have time in court telling judge what they were thinking. Law breakers
