1. The picture you just posted is that of a look alike of a Wagner officer. The look alike is a Nazi, and Ukrainian propaganda has been using this fake for so long now that it is fair to assume any non brain dead person is aware of this.
2. Russia did indeed support the far right in European countries (not around the world, just Europe). I didn't like it and it has always been my bone of contention with Russia. But to be fair, they were only doing to the EU what the EU was also doing to them. In the past they would have been sponsoring socialists.
