Whatever befalls Lagosians was self-inflicted. How on earth did Sanwo-Olu (whose performance was abysmal) win second term? Oh! I forgot, they wanted to show Igbos who truly own Lagos. angry angry

During election period, dude became Apostle Paul; writing epistles here and there, attending functions and trying so hard to seem caring. It was at that moment that I knew he had something up his sleeve. How some people still managed to fall for this beats my imagination.

It's time we shun tribalism, selling of votes and not holding our leaders accountable. Let's start voting in competent leaders (irrespective of party affiliation), if not, we will continue to move in circles. angry angry

Sanwoolu was abysmal?
🤣

So we should vote in an unknown GRV?
Be like say dem dey follow you!

Power is not transient.

Unless you intend to kill all the Yoruba people in the SW if power slips from APC then it's going to another Yoruba political party who will continue from where APC stopped.

Even if you migrate to Lagos in millions and vote your anti-yoruba party the Yoruba votes will still outnumber your votes.

non-Yorubas like you guys should stop saying "power is transient" in a place you are not indigenous to and don't share the same ethnicity as the indigenes because that is hatred and means you guys have plans of committing genocide and mass killing Yoruba people.

Don't mind them, awon Aja to nlepa Ekun, won o mo wipe Iku ni awon fi nse ere.
How can visitors insist on imposing their will on their host?.
No be their fault, awon Baale oni ijekuje lo fa.
Reasonable ones among them use to say it that Igbos want to live in Rome, but don't want to think like or behave like Romans, last last na cry.
This nonsense has been going on since Fashola, they wail tribalism when Fashola demolished Mosafejo Market in Oshodi.
The market that belongs to Lagos state government, that most of the owners are Lagos states indegenes.
They were crying up and down that Fashola wants to ruin dem, dey will leave enmass and take glory of Lagos to alaigbo, people like us been dey wait since then.
Government everywhere in the world will always try to improve the standards of their environment, Lagos state will not be an exception.
Bunch of stiff-necked non conformists, they better go and find out how Kigali became so beautiful, Google is their friend.
I see a group of uncultured non conformists, won ma pada je egba ni.
Pasan l'oko were.

Time for the Igbos to relocate to Igbo land, there are a lot of empty lands at Oba, Adani, Omor, umureli some vast areas at Anyanelum LGA Anambra. Those areas are yet to be developed. A lots of money there because of rice farming activities.

Why can't you people see the hand writing on the wall.

it's incremental. When you continue to whip a child, one day you'll see him move away from you. Just a matter time.

You dont know more than the Govt

Cry now cheesy cheesy cheesy
only when you have business nor a means of livelihood taken away from you, will you understand the cruelty in certain govt actions.

Even if people invest in illegal places, what prevents the govt from creating for them an alternative place to sell? Go to this same place 5yrs from now and you won't see any meaningful structure/project there.

I just don't know what to say, because this is sad for people trying to make ends meet...... No provision made for where to relocate them.
the problem is that people still applaud the govt for being this cruel to citizens. Is this what obtains in developed societies? This is just not right.

You can't take people's means of livelihood without providing alternative for them.

Weather it is political witch Hunt or not, the Lagos State government has the right to decide how to develop the estate and planned their cities

If anyone is not okay with it and probably not an indigene of Lagos State he or she is free to relocate to their home state and join in developing their home state.

Nigeria is 36 States and Abuja the first rock capital territory. Therefore Lagos is not the only state to do business in.

If those that planned and develop Lagos State to what it is today didn't to do it then when they had the chance I don't think everyone will be rushing to Lagos State today.

Let us join hands together to develop our various states because that is where our identity and pride should be.
not an indigene of Lagos State in a country called Nigeria. I pity for this country sha. I only blame the judiciary for making the citizens so weak and enthroning power mongers. How dare American leaders destroy business or buildings of Americans without providing alternatives for them.

You mean the State government of Lagos did nothing since the state creation in 1966.

And what stop IGBO dominated 5yrs government of GEJ from reversing the the trend or you just enjoy your VICTIM mentality.

Lagos has been Lagos before lord lugard established PH and enugu in 1912.

Lagos helped you people and Nigeria not the other way round.

Apart from Jakande's works show me any Lagos state project before then apart from Mobolaji Johnson building the secretariat. Lugar didn't establish Enugu and PH take it easy when you want to lie. Also you say Lagos has been Lagos abi!! Is it not colonial investments that was made into the colony. It is not like as if you guys did nay spectacular thing for Lagos.

My dear America is not Nigeria.

In the United States of America where true federalism is being practiced and an American is an American and he's been treated as one no matter where they found themselves within their country. But Nigeria we are through federalism is considered a reasonable offense to some set of people and ethnic, religious politics are heavily been used to decide who rules or governance the country has made it impossible for citizens to be recognized as citizens.

Visitors must always be consious thier status irrespective of how accommodating the house owners are.

As a native of Epe, I will urge people buying lands and setting up businesses to be very careful of what they're doing because it seems there's a blueprint for economic development of the Epe division of Lagos which is the largest division in Lagos state.

Before you make any investment do your proper findings, and government should try create alternatives for people also, so the can continue their trade.

Note: The people of Epe division are not like your normal bales you see in Lagos, we don't tolerate rubbish here and we're very strict. Thank you grin

1.Check the history of PH and Enugu up to cure your Ignorance

2.You will continue to recognize Lateef jakande and mobolaji Johnson effort as long they don't decide to contest or campaign against your messiah PETER OBI like TINUBU, BUBA MARWA,FASHOLA ,AMBODE AND SANWOOLU did.

I guess it was the the FG and Britain that built the blue rail line, lekki ikoyi link Bridge,LASU,Several millennium schools on lagos and so on.
The first industrial estate in the country established by Awolowo in Ikeja was also done by FG.The lekki free trade zones that host the dangote refinery and Lekki Port was established by BOLA TINUBU in 2002

4.I guess was the IGBO people ,FG and Britain that helped yorubas to build the first skyscraper in Sub-Saharan Africa,First TV station in Africa,Obafemi Awolowo University, the first modern stadium in Sub-Saharan Africa etc in their interland city to the extent that they couldn't coordinate building something bigger close to Atlantic ocean, right?.As at 1940s till independence, they had the largest city in sub saharan Africa when your fore fathers were still roaming around Naked!

5.FG impact can be felt on all the cities in Nigeria and that doesn't rub the natives off the ownership. The two niger Bridge in Onitsha were constructed by the FG,University of Nigeria Nsukka were built by FG,The refinery in PH and Warri were built by FG and so many federal road on Igboland. Project Development Institute, Enugu (PRODA) was built by the FG and No matter what all the land still belongs to IGBO!

NOW MENTION ONE MAJOR PROJECT CARRIED OUT BY FG IN LAGOS SINCE 1/5 OF IT THAT USED TO BE CAPITAL SEIZED TO BE CAPITAL 33YEARS AGO,YET THE CITY CONTINUE TO BE GREAT!

All that land from Desa bus stop to the Lagoon is all government land and even the guy doing this video knows this , right from 2011 when I wanted to get a property there I got to know this.

Unless something changed, the government is just taking their land that’s all.
