There are no right officials in govt to manage the resources without corruption. They are all corrupt politicians. In this case, only the poor will suffer. We need technocrats with a sustainable open policy in the system before the subsidy is removed and should have been done gradually not immediately. That's why Nigerians are suffering, everyone is facing the heat. 1Pound/naira is now 1,730 it's moving towards 2000, industries packing and closing from Nigeria because it's not sustainable. It's gradually turning to Venezuela.

Because of exchange rate issues, we could have been able to manage this floating with a good strategy in place. People truly perished where there is no wisdom. But now they have removed ❌ fuel and all subsidies around that and the amount safe from subsidy nobody can give account, say this is what it's spent on to relieve the public everyone is just trying to loot the country. Can you tell me in clear feasible ways where the money secured from the subsidy is been spent?

What this means isn't about how much they made in decades, but how much the fed govt has lost in taxes. You can't record such a huge loss and think the federal government wouldn't have a share of it. With all these big companies leaving and those staying recording huge losses, it means, the fed govt would find it pretty difficult to pay workers at the federal level in coming days, unless they keep borrowing. December salary wasn't paid before they left for holiday.

Also, more unemployment looms shell wanted to sell their stakes recently before leaving and some people kicked. Make dem dey play. They'd still leave and there's nothing anyone would do to stop them.

For your info i detest fake drink makers, infact i hate them because i am a consumer of drinks so i know how it feels to spend money on something only to get fake at the end.
