Attitude of Agboola of Ondo State to late Akeredolu and the political fiasco between Kwankwaso and Ganduje, are some of the fears that made governors degrading their deputies.


Those 10 deputy governors that took over from their principal ended up in political brouhaha with their predecessor.

People like Abaribe is still having bad blood towards Urji Uzor Kalu, even though he made it to the National Assembly.

out of the 10 deputies identified, I can count a number of them that became governor due to unforseen/unplanned events. For instance, Yakowa took over from Namadi Sambo, due to Sambo’s nomination as vice president to GEJ. GEJ became Governor due to Alamieyeseigha’s arrest while abroad. Bala Ngilari also took the reins due to the impeachment of Murtala Nyako in Adamawa.

Long story short, the planned succession of a governor by his deputy in Nigeria is statistically rare and its probability is much lower than the 10 out of 149 indicated here

I actually think you are the one whose "comprehension capability" is actually very worrying. No disrespect really. Because the guy talked about godfatherism, he talked about self-interest, which are indeed big factors on why governors may not want to give power to their deputies, the numbers point at this (even primary school students from primary 3 above will understand this). He also talked about the issue with our political system, which is in truth and in fact, an aberration compared to what is practiced elsewhere. His points are quite clear.

Might be tricky with the setup because if they change the booth menu, then he will have to be taught how to do it himself if he doesn't want to connect his external

I like the fact that the ratio is indeed very low. Let other people also participate in governance. One can say it is greed to be a deputy governor for maybe 4years or 8years as the case may be and automatically wants to be the governor at the expiration of the joint ticket.

Have you installed windows OS by yourself before? It's almost the same steps.
Needed:
Windows OS CD or bootable USB with windows.iso file
External Hard drive (formatted in NTFS)
Windows activation license
Steps.
1. Connect your bootable USB to your Pc
2. Connect your External HDD to your Pc
3. Restart your Pc to boot in Bios by pressing a key repeatedly during restart ( Use Google to the key for your Laptop brand. It is F12 for Dell).
4. When you get to bios boot sequence, select USB and press enter. if you're using windows Cd, select it
5. The usb will boot in windows desktop. Follow screen instructions by pressing next. When you get to selection of where to install windows,you will see list of HDD connected to your Pc, select the external HDD,and press next.
6. Windows will be installed on it.
Note: It's advisable you label the external HDD with a name Eg external,so that you won't select your Laptop C: internal drive instead of external HDD.
Note: Anytime you want to use the external HDD, connect it to your Pc, restart your Pc. Your Pc will boot to lock screen every time for you to select the HDD you want to boot from, whether C: internal or external HDD, select external HDD.
Note: You know the external HDD will be connected with just a cable to your PC during usage. It is prone to shaking or shifting or moving if you mistakenly remove it from the USB port during usage,the windows file will be corrupted and you will have to do the installation again. This is the disadvantage of booting windows from external HDD.
So make sure the Pc is placed in a balance surface and it shouldn't shake, whenever you are using the external HDD
