Even the Burkinabe side that lost to Nigeria in 2013 were also very muscular
It's just too noticeable.

Peseiro was poor before Afcon and Nigerians will not be watching seeing their team playing nonsense,so expect criticism from fans and good Peseiro listened by inviting Nwabali who gave us that stability from the back.
is it not better than the ones that will deceive us with good game and later come to afcon to play rubbish

So let's see what's next.

Osimhen is on 1goal 1Assist, right?
Ademola on 2goals 1assist.

3possible games for both to be on golden boot/MVP podium

VO will need 5G/A in 3 to do that
AL will need 5G/A to do same.

Step by step though.

Naso!! lol!
However, I was an ardent supporter of Sanusi on this platform. The truth is, he is not fully fit. He has been battling with injuries in recent times.

Immediately Bassey took his position we started creating chances after chances from that side. Bassey will give us what Aina is giving on the right and Omeruo too with his delicious long passes!!

Welcome bro.

Senegal is the better team absolutely. However some factors could tilt it the other way.

I would rather want us to meet Senegal if we get there.

Senegal will win. I expect them to. Tomorrow will decide.

A CIV win will indeed be a shock.

When you realise that there's a top club wishing to build a super team of the best African players but can't do it because of AFCON.

Exactly
Besides, we need that synergy between Zaidu and Bassey on that left flank to ward off opposition attacks
Both of them complement each other beautifully
I see absolutely no reason to change that
I support JPes on that one

Zaidu will come good on his end product

If Uzoho will be in btw the sticks against Angola, Naija should fiorget it

The Angolans would test him with long range shots and dicey crosses and he's sure to fumble these

If I was peseiro, that third choice keeper should be given a look in because .......

I will be here to troll the loosing nigerians sha. So no issues

cheesy cheesy

Exactly. Zaidu might be lacking quality in his final ball delivery but his tireless running on the left flank has been crucial to helping the team keep their defensive structure. Calvin's size and general pace makes it unwise to start him as a LB or LWB.

If CIV play an absolute tactical game they could nick it but the team I saw against us and EG look too disorganized to pull it off.

I wonder what people want from Sanusi. Just unnecessary insults. Calling him derogatory names. He is very key to our formation. If we meet a team like Morroco then people will understand. His presence pegs back the full backs on the right. He is fast and does his defensive bit. All he needs is to keep it simple.
