I've my suspicion that the guy might be involved in match fixing based on how he conceded that goal against Saudi Arabia.. it reminds me of Ejide against Scotland in that pre world cup friendly in 2014..

It is possible but he is a horrible goal keeper

If it was Nwabili that goal we conceded in Rwanda against Zimbabwe won't have happened

I wish the super eagles well though but I have reduce my hopes with Uzoho in goal

You all should save this, so you dont keep asking who will this one meet and who will that one meet…this is the path way to final for any of the 2lucky teams remaining
CIV has overcome the worst. Their path to final is now looking easier than ours.

From that snippet you posted what I understand by it is they're not terminating the contract because he isn't good enough but because his contract is ending in June and might not be available this transfer window for them to sell him.

BurkinaFaso have been in the final or semifinal 3 of the last 5 afcon.

Since crossing them in 2013 I have always rated them. Big strong fast.

I don't really rate Mali. They always lose at the deciding matches.

Money is on the Babes wink

Lol. Boufal don dey injured o. That guy is the life of their attack. Ziyech needs him. Well. They have a good bench sha. But SA can pull a surprise. In near future, the tournament should be 32teams. See how 3rd placers are eliminating top guns. Shuu.πŸ˜†

CiIV is more spirited now.
I don't want us to meet them again
Oga spirit no dey play football.

The late minute penalty was a dive. Go and check it well.

That team I saw yesterday I don't see them reaching the final or even the semis. They have B. Faso/Mali, DRC om their path. Those teams have been better.

The only thing CIV have is the home advantage.

as in ehn. Playing Newzealand or Switzerland, Greece, in order to beat them would have been better for our rankings.

I have checked iwobi's and compared it with Mane's. It was a complete favouritism at play. Check the kickabouts Cameroonian's gave SE and how many yellows they collected. Even the guy that flew into our GK suppose carry red. But all we're waved away.

What I know for a fact ,when a player is valued (i.e. Top quality, crucial to the team) the club will do their utmost to make sure the contract doesn't expire and even extend it years before it expires.

However, if the player is not valued or crucial to the team he essentially goes for nothing.

Sometimes the player refuses to renew the contract and there is not much the club can do.

It's that simple.

there is no competition where you will not have favoritism, apart from yesterday, check the matches Egypt was involved in too. Competitions at times can be rigged stylishly to favour the big teams for marketing reasons, this is why I am a bit concerned if Ivory Coast gets to the semis, we may see more favuoritism for the host nation now that both Senegal and Egypt are out. You can see why Louis van Gaal was screaming about favoritism for Argentina during and after the World Cup.

We're not your fans ! It is what you players forget at this level and it stinks ! You think of us as fans! We're not your club team hooligans ! We're your brothers, fighting so hard to put taxes together to get you to raise our country's flag through this beautiful game ! Whenever you take on this badge, you have taken on your shoulders, the joy and the expectations of over 200 million Nigerian people who are looking to be united beyond any differences, cultural, ethnic, religious and whatever !

You better understand that ! We're not your fans! All the best against Angola. Go 9jaπŸ‡³πŸ‡¬βœŒοΈ

KPOM! You nailed it. To me, our strongest back line is:
- Troost Ekong CB
- Kenneth Omeruo CB
- Ola Aina RB
- Calvin Bassey LB

Zaidu and Ajayi can come off the bench.

O pari

comodo:

Ajayi is good if the opponents are not applying high press. Cos a little pressure on him will result to either giving a wrong pass or committing a foul.

Morocco must go home today. They should go and join their brothers at home. The next stages are for proper footballers not theatre artistes disguised as footballers.
