Blueraydick, see these police officers and how much they made in a day.. Probably ten times their annual salary...

The only reason they aren't rejoicing is because they've been caught but how many of these incidents get reported..

I will keep repeating myself :

Restructure the payment of the police , pay them well like other countries pay their law enforcement agents , take care of their welfare and then go after those that want to remain bad eggs among them . That’s the only way u can ever have a chance at having slightly decent police force .

What happened is terrible . They killed 2 out of the 3 monarchs they attacked while one escaped .

At this point I think they need to ask these bandits/fulani herdsmen( That’s what Ekiti people called them) what exactly do they want ?

Make igbo person no join any yeye protest.

The only tribe that can start a protest and it will yield good result is northerners.

Once Igbo are the forefront, immediately it will be tagged IPoB movement or Obident.

Make all of the suffer de go.

So after supporting Tinubu, you now expect solution from common nairalanders. What exactly then is your support of Tinubu hinged on? Being Yoruba?

If our president doesn't have solution to the suffering of Nigerians then he is useless. We might as well vote prof. Hensben as our president.

The problem of rising dollar rate is simply because we have a deficit of trade

The other option is to use our dwindling earnings to continue defending the Naira. Which previous admin did so much and the country was going bankrupt

Until we fix the things that are causing the huge trade deficit na so we go dey unless you dey find person wey go dey lie to you

Your baba didn't bother to even observe the factors that caused trade deficit in Nigeria before floating the Naira on his first days in office. Didn't he think those factors will magically disappear if he floated the currency?

There's no sugar-coating it, Tinubu is a bastard.

Damage done over decades of inaction will take decades to fix. you cant be smoking and eating junk for 60yrs have diabetes and tell your doctor at 60yrs to fix and return you to the shape of a man who ate and lived healthy lifestyle

Actions have consequences

There's no sugar-coating it, Tinubu is a bastard.

We are borrowing massively to defend Naira, We are selling oil futures to defend Naira meaning oil income from 2030, we have collected it and spent it to defend Naira in 2015.

So when the boy born in 2015 becomes a teenager and wonder why there is no food at home they will tell him 15yrs ago someone sold his future

When you are selling everything to defend Naira, we had no income, paying salaries became a problem. There is no magical fix for it, we have to go back to first principles

The person who saw this and said Nigeria has no future literally meant the future has been sold and money collected

Its like a child born and already willed to a man from birth
this poster below said it

nihilistjnr:
Osinbajo publicly asked CBN to stop artificially propping up the Naira only last year.

The below is why. Whilst you guys are complaining about current exchange rate, CBN spent 3 billion dollars in 2 months this year to even keep it from getting worse.

Does that sound sustainable to you?
