On Wednesday, Tara Reade, the alleged sexual abuse victim of Joe Biden, took legal action against the Department of Justice, filing a tort complaint through her London-based attorney, Jonathan Levy.

The complaint, submitted to the DOJ, seeks $10 million in damages for invasion of privacy, emotional distress, and the violation of state and federal constitutional rights, Fox News reported.

In an article published by the Gateway Pundit, Levy wrote: "Tara Reade was sexually victimized by then Senator Joseph Biden in 1993. Her case was suppressed by Congressional investigators to protect Senator Biden and the records remain sealed.

"When Tara spoke out again in 2019, she was immediately subjected to an ongoing FBI Operation to revictimize her a second time. The FBI Operation 'Cassandra' was opened in order to retaliate, intimidate, discredit and if possible, eliminate Tara as a threat to President Biden. The tort complaint provides the details."

Last month, Reade requested the DOJ investigate civil rights violations by the FBI, urging the turnover and expungement of her file. There has been no response from the DOJ, and the FBI has not complied with Reade's request to release her FBI file, according to Levy.



Let's see how this suppressed case plays out. Democrats have the FBI to protect them and the media to smear the victims.

The argument seems to be that slavery was practised everywhere and you can't reparate everyone.

To wit I'd say, if there is a court that would entertain reparation, there reparation should be sought.

For the record I can't vote yet but I got five non first time voters in my household and they've sworn to me to the death that polls don't matter, they'll set up camp to vote if it comes to that.

I am an ex Customs Officer and there is nothing you can tell me about border control. And I know that all nations that are not dystopias admit visitors, traders, tourists, immigrants and the like through approved (official) border crossing points. Anything else is lawbreaking, illegal.

This is a very black and white view of the situation. And of course it's not that simple. Most of the issue now is the legal immigration (asylum seekers). There is a huge backlog and so cases are taking years to come up. The law is broken and has been broken. Trump tried some illegal actions to go around the spirit of the law and the law itself. Biden chose not to. The issue is that this could have easily been fixed with a comprehensive bill. Bush almost had one but it was torpedoed by Republicans. Why? because it's a good issue to run on. And it's harder fixing it when your constituents (farmers) rely on the cheap immigrant labor.

I think most people are for secure borders and finding a good balance for legal immigration. I know I am. I think there isn't enough money to support the whole world. That being said, I recognize many of those people who support more open borders think their reasoning is sound as well... "that's what Jesus preached, "helping your neighbors"". So, they may be living their faith better than I, who is largely focused on money.
