You have headache. No be Iwobi cause am. Iwobi was not in our match against GB and our play was everywhere like the tattered cloth of a poor old woman. Iwobi knits the team together with you his quick, short passes. He fits just fine in this formation

grin grin grin....the team in totality has no single creative midfielders except Nacho and Lookman who are both attackers.

Again, this Super Eagles has no attacking midfielder....should I repeat it 20 times ?

I am trying not to make mockery of you Nigerians here but try and help me out. What has Iwobi ever achieved as a player.

Mba has won the Nigerian Premier league with Warri Wolves and the almighty nations cup where he was instrumental to our victory. Foot ball-wise, Mba is a proper ball playing attacking midfielder in the mold of Kevin Debryan. You dont even know anything about the player and his exploits in the Nigerian league.

Some of you people are mostly Nigerian based local football followers without any exposure. Biko chill. Because Iwobi plays in the premiership where he is the a below average player. Mba was at the very top of the Nigerian league scaring players with Etebor, Azubuike Egwuekwe and Aniekwe the highest goal scorer
Don't worry. He will soon win Afcon that he played every match

If Iwobi mistakenly get injury eh, na then wey all of una go respect am. Iwobi is the most important player in that team as far as I'm concerned. The only irreplaceable player.

If Osimhen gets injured, Moffi and Iheanacho dey. If Iwobi gets injured, we better just pack our bags because he is the only creative midfielder in the entire bloody team.

But I wonder why Peseiro couldn't get us an extra creative midfielder. There is no way you will scout the entire NPFL and won't find a decent CM/AM who can at least do the basics. Just someone who can beat the press, make decently accurate passes and one in a while take a crack at goal.

It's not like the other African teams are fielding world-class midfielders anyway.

Lol. Nigerians love showmanship die. Iwobi understood this in his early days in the SE.

I remember one match against Algeria in Uyo. Iwobi did an Okocha-style rainbow flick over an Algerian player and the crowd went absolutely wild!.

I'm sure that flick probably got discussed more than the goals that were scored that day in the days that followed.

The Iwobi of nowadays has grown more mature though. All passes, no more flicks.

The way the Angola players have been bragging ehnn cheesy cheesy those guys are scared to death, their boasting has fear underneath it . ....our players and coach have been unusually quiet,..no bragging,no chest eating,...... A wealth of experience has taught our players that it is better to wait till after the match b4 u talk, the Tunisia saga of the previous afcon still fresh in our memories. cheesy cheesy.
We should start talking, even louder than them. That's how Ghana bragged and talked and qualified for the world cup instead of us.

I remember how he was crowned that day. I think this thing is about our football culture. Ironically other Africans like Ghanaians even Ugandans are fulsom in praising Iwobi but naija fans have made him look like a journeyman in the team. But like you said he's the only irreplaceable player in that team. Iwobi never stops running (even if na useless run, I appreciate am). We saw how we fared against GB when he didn't play.

All those calling for the removal of Iwobi, I will answer you guys just the way one naija guy answered Ghanaian analyst who said Peseiro should remove Osimhen and put Moffi: when you get your own team, remove Iwobi. 😂😂😂😂😂

They can slightly increase the capacity by doing away with those annoying tracks. Let's just have a standard stadium for once in Nigeria

Nottingham Forest are now trying again for Chuba Akpom after Ajax decision to reject opening bid.

Akpom wants #NFFC but depends on clubs.
