Nigeria just qualified for semi finals and some people are still not happy with the team.

Some people are just impossible

I don't know what some people want bro. I don't know!!!!!!

Even those complaining about Osimhen are very annoying. Look at that goal he scored, did that look like something an amateur would do? I was just pained it was cancelled.

Yes, Osimhen missed some chances but he doesn't deserve the silly comments about him.

Ahmed Musa would be a more effective striker than Osimen. They have used hyping to finish Osimen. Congrats to the team.

In the history of the Super Eagles, I have never seen a player who has an excellent nodding skill like Osimhen. I cannot remember the last time Super Eagles nodded the ball into the back of the net. So, Osimhen is a change-maker...

Take your foolish Ibo politics away from our football.

Nonsense and ingredients.
Why do you bring tribe into this even if his comment is political?

Did he say he is Igbo? Ordinarily is Peter Obi not a motivation to many youth. Why must you bring the Igbo tribe into this? Just why?

You are the one capping nonsense here.

People were complaining Nigeria ain't playing well and that Angola would do us dirty.

I'm not disputing the fact that we ain't playing as required but I keep telling them that no matter how swift and tactical the team is Nigeria style of play will always slow them down.

See how we made Angola look ordinary. A whole 90+ minutes they weren't able to score a goal. I mean considering what we have seen them do to other teams.

Abeg give the eagles and the coach some accolades.

They put us under pressure towards the end. We should've scored at least 2 goals. Let's be objective in our analysis. There's a lot of room for improvement...

Any team playing against super Eagles have to optimise their chances with set pieces. Angola's biggest chance and first shot on goal early in the first half was from a Corner kick. Nwabali came up with his biggest save of his tourney to deny Angola taking the lead.

This Super Eagles defense is crazy.

You intercept Iwobi, you have Onyeka waiting. You manage to pass him, you meet Ajayi. Manage to skip him, you meet Ekong. You somehow manage to find your way pass him, there is the big bold Nwabali waiting..🤌

I love our players in this tournament for real.
And you manage get the ball past Nwabali, the goal pole or crossbar is waiting for you.

Sorry to say that Nigerian team isn't really good. They've been lucky so far with poor teams.
we played better than any other team...we have been poor on finishing..else we suppose kill angola. Lucky?? And we have only conceded one goal.

Senegal send forth out of the game was a shocker to me, cos they had a good game play & their group stage campaign was tight even while the super eagles were written off. Perhaps they were worth the hype
That's to prove that no team is guaranteed qualification. So, Cape Verde hasn't qualified yet. They could be shocked too.

You guys are just too nervous, Nigeria didn't play badly, they played better and more technical, only that they are not clinical at scoring especially oshimen. Oshimen needs to work on himself. Angolan dominated for about 20min. Now that we have won, go back and rewatch the match

Clearly Nigerians have short memory. The same people that were shocked on the assist Osimhen gave in the last game are the same people commenting nonsense about him here. That's the reality

Lookman is very composed. So much concentration on Osimhen leaves space for Lookman to explore and he does the job perfectly. Osimhen canceled goal pained me.

Honestly, Nigeria strikers suppose to be among the top scorers in this tournament. They have had alot of golden opportunities to score exciting goals. Peseiro has done a great job so far but he needs to continue working on the attack. The guy is building a great team here. If he succeeds, Nigeria can go very far in the next world cup.
