Omeruo can place that position.
But he doesn't go forward like he does. If we only have someone like manuel Akanji or a younger David Alaba, this team will make much sense
You don't understand. If Omeruo comes in for Zaidu, then he'll move to Calvin Bassey's position, while Bassey will move to Zaidu's position. We all know that Bassey is a better fullback than Zaidu both defensively and attacking wise.

Zaidu's blunder is enough to substitute him. But, sometimes, coaches don't see what everyone else can see.
Substitute him for who?

We should thank Moses Simon for creating the chance and yab the person that beautifully converted the chance?

Olodo, everything you touch like this always end up turning to dust. You touched Equatorial Guinea, Ivory Coast, Guinea Bissau, Cameroon and Angola, and they all turned to dust. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Nobody should allow you to support the Eagles in this AFCON o, cos any team you support in this tournament laidis go lose.

why didnt VAR check that Angolan handball? The hate against Nigeria is too much
They checked it. There was an initial foul by Semi Ajayi before the handball.

They just want Angola to win by all means, that’s a clear goal not offside, that’s a free kick for crying out load everyone is supposed to hustle for the ball, this guys don’t want Osimeh to shine in this AFCON
You obviously know nothing about football, so there's a rule that states that you can't be in an offside position after a free-kick is taken?

You ain't still making a point. I expected them to have put the ball in the net just one time which they weren't able to do.

And I expected eagles not to have missed so many chances.. you keep comparing eagles to Angola which is supposed to be far inferior on paper.. elephant comparing itself to ant and difference is just 1 goal. Can't you see the eagles need to improve

If Naija survives tonight, I no sure say dem go fit beat Cape Verde playing like this ooo
Dey play.
Hope you know that the Cape Verde also qualified for the quarter final through a penalty goal scored in the dying minutes of their round of 16 match against Mauritania?
The funniest thing is that you lots said so many things about Angola, now that Angola is out then you switch to another team. If the Eagles will win, then they'll win and there's nothing you can do about it.

Angola taking too much risk with this their high pressing...

Their Keeper will be under more pressure now.
They were already facing elimination if they don't, so they had to go all in.

No be overhyping, he suppose change his style of playing in Afcon, he stays behind defender too much instead of opening space in front to score or play shot
This your talk shows that you don't know anything about football at all. So if Osimhen runs back instead of going forward when passes are supposed to come his, who will now run ahead to be in his position?
Osimhen moving forward always makes the opposition defenders to follow and man mark him, which then opens a pocket of space where the likes of Lookman and Simon can operate. Like I said, na John Snow you be.

Nigeria no dey comot till the end of this AFCON tournament, we still have two more matches to go. The team is doing well, the players are working hard. It was a hard-fought victory last night, luck wasn't what gave us the victory.

Iwobi had a very decent game last night, na back of TV you dey watch jor. Iwobi's passes last night was mostly accurate.
Compare the position Iwobi has been deployed in this AFCON to his position as a player and you'll know why he has been limited so far, dude has been deployed deep. Something that is quite rare.
Iwobi is the best creative midfielder/player in our squad that's what most of these ignorant fans don't know.

Talk another thing abeg. cool
The funniest thing is that they said that our first real test was Cameroon, then after we eliminated Cameroon the first real test turned to Angola according to those lots. Now that we've beaten Angola then the first real test don turn to Cape Verde now, Cape Verde wey dem fit comot sef. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
