Good evening

So I've been having an issue with stiff steering while decelerating and some squeaky sounds when I turn either ways. I went to Oyingbo to get it checked and was told PS pump was faulty and the hose leaking.
I've changed PS pump (bought a new one) and the issue still stands.
Today i went again and this time I changed steering rack, bushings and stabilizer linkage all according to the mechs. Issue is still there. Infact, it's worse off.
I'm livid!!!

Car is a Toyota Camry 06. Who can help?

Is your p/s pressure hose in good condition or clogged?
Is the steering rack (a used item subject to wear and tear) in good condition?
Is the steering fluid reservoir clean and not clogged with sediments or blocked by an object?

Bleed the system properly.

They did that, but there seems to be air in the steering fluid reservoir. Because while they were turning the wheel around after fixing, the liquid was bubbling.

I did a reset after change but the twocodes stills remains despite changing one of the sensor. Please could someone advise what to do. Also the catalyst is still intact

Change the sensors again. The ones bought were defective or worn out.

Thank you bros. My Kazim(mechanic) said they tested it but Is there a voltage requirement for this 02 sensors against next purchase?

I believe we spoke on phone already.
I suspect your issues can be fixed easily yourself if you have the strength to turn the wheels from lock to lock repeatedly to bleed the system properly.

Testing with a multimeter is not a guarantee it would work.
As advised, replace the sensor. Or better still, drive the car to Ladipo and have them replace the sensor till you get the one that works.
Your best bet would be buying a brand-new OEM sensor.

Check the rear quarter glass on your car, is the sticker stating LEV or PZEV?

Thanks boss. I will rather get a brand new OEM denso 02 sensor than find myself in Ladipo. Please could you recommend any seller that sell genuine OEM 02 sensor in Lagos?

Steering is a bit better
Bled as advised and did alignments... The stiffening has reduced (but not disappeared).

Also, there's a squealing sound coming from the front tires, like the rim is rubbing against the caliper (It's not the brakes).

Hi engineers
My Camry 2.4 2004 Ac was not cooling last month and when ir was checked, we discovered there’s no gas in it. We decided to check where the leakage was coming from and after filling little gas, a leak sound was coming out from d compressor body. It was fixed that day which was on 7th of January. I didn’t drive d car since that day because I took it for general body repair (panel and painting)
I collected the car back on Sunday and find out the Ac is blowing heat again. I returned it on Monday and I was told that the gas has escaped because of not using the car for close to a month ( I had my doubt but) so we decided to just fill gas again and it was cooling at that moment but after driving for few minutes it stopped cooling again. It will cool few seconds and not cool again
I returned it again yesterday and d Ac guy start checking all over again. He told me that the leakage is from the evaporator which he will need to loose the dashboard to get to where the evaporator is.
Pls gurus in the house, pls what are my chances with this Ac guy and his decision to loose my dashboard.
I need the Ac for the hustle I’m using the car for.
Pls what should I do?

Instead of patching compressor and evaporator, why not change AC technician, visit a competent technician, let him go thru the whole process again, replace defective parts and call it a day?

Thanks
I think he didn’t do a thorough check initially to ascertain where d issue was coming from. He only use d sound from d compressor to chop money because what he changed was just a small rubber which he claimed was d seal. Na d fear of not tampering with other things if d dashboard is loose dey worry me

All the same, visit another ac technician that's competent.
