Please i need help on this, i tried withdrawing 100k from my luno account and it's saying account is locked,why? The max amount a level 1 verified can withdraw is 200k, so why lock my account, anybody with same experience before? I contacted there support already tho

Lemme help you out, no cause for alarm the reason you cant withdraw that money(the account is locked) is because you are still on level 1 verification and max amount you can both withdraw + deposit is 200k meaning that if you deposited 200k you have exhausted what you can add to that deposit or withdraw. if you deposited 100k you still have 100k you can either withdraw or deposit(this is for level 1 verified account)...Hope you get...I have been able to verify my account to level 3 sha...level 2 was stressful sha but I dont blame sha, all na for security purpose.
So what you should do is complete your verification to level 2 to be able to withdraw that amount since its limit is 500k or you can just finish verification of all three levels

TBVH luno is probably your best bet for a beginner to cryptocurrency reason being because the platform is easy to understand and they help you convert to naira if you aren't conversant with USD exchange rates though i must say their rates/charges are quite expensive but you can use the app to get familiar with cryptocurrency before exploring apps like binance which are more complicated

Well I'm not a beginner in crypto bro, only decided to try Luno lately without actually doing my background findings, i use by bundle and binance too...
For the sending of btc to another wallet,do they have a limit too? for level 1 i mean, because i'm considering buying btc or ethereum and sending it to my binance wallet, Luno is just too crazy, BVN would solve all this issues easily, why going for ID's? You know how hard it is to get these permanent Id's in Nigeria

you can with your temporary drivers license provided it has not expired.... i verified with my drivers license, they did not even accept international passport
