A 5 to 10 meter gap should be cleared around the hecters of land and snipers should be stationed with shoot on sight order on any one or cattle who strays there.

Abolish the rubbish road tax collection on food produce transported from the hinterlands to the city. Anyone collecting revenue on food products should be arrested.

Once farmers are comfortable farming with guaranteed security the price of food will come down.
