You talk down on our local league because you know you barely have a league to speak of.

Bros we do have a league and some of the players were featured in the team. There has to be a balance where the world class players who train side by side the likes of Messi, cr7 and train in world class pitches of napoli and epl teams blend and support the local players yet to get the exposure.
Nwabali plays in SA and trust me he's gonna be snatched soon for big bucks
Unlike SAs, Nigerians are not stagnant lazy fellas... Na just bad govt we get!
Take this advice to your banana banana players, they need western exposure otherwise they will 4eva remain localees 'd' yampions!

Thats why we'll be fielding 90% Chippa United for the World Cup qualifiers against you πŸ˜‚. We did you a favour with Mamelodi Sundowns at Afcon πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦πŸ†

The guy is right. You SAs ain't got no bragging right in Africa's most elite soccer tournament-AFCON.
Your league maybe be superb in class but if that class does not reflect in a continental tournament like Afcon then consider yourselves underavhievers at best.
Nigeria since time immemorial builds her team using abroad based players as a backbone and it pays off occasionally. So It's about different strokes for different folks, you see!!
Egypt most of the time sends a team to Afcon made most of Al Ahly players but more often than not does better than the Nigerias and Cammeroons of this world with players from English and German leagues. So having players at that level is not the flex you think it is if they can't produce in the national l team

We've always sent teams with many European-based players in the past and Bafama got out the first round..this time we sent an almost home-based team and they almost reached the final.. what does that tell you? It's not where you play but what you can do...

Was a good game. Both countries did Africa proud . Congratulations to Nigeria. Better luck next time South Africa, you did yourselves proud ,created decent chances and maybe a bit unlucky..
1-1 was a fair result.

The two players I thought won't do anything because of lack of game time ended up becoming our heroes. Glory to God.

Iheanacho and Moffi, may God bless your hands in everything you do. You have done your nation proud. You have shamed your enemies.

Captain Ekong, words can't even describe how impressed I am with you. You have been impeccable in this tournament. You must lift that trophy by fire by force.

Clear road for Eagles wey saaaaaaabbbbbiii. Who deeeyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!! 😎
It's Ahmed Musa that will lift the trophy not Ekong, Musa is the captain.

Stanley Nwabali, Victor James Osomhen, Nacho and the coach did well as well as entire SE team. The RSAs put their confidence in PK because of the heroic performance of their GK against Cape Verde but they forgot that no two games are the same. UP Eagles πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ‡³πŸ‡¬πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ May God be with Nigerians in SA this night and throughout this week. The beefing will be tough. I also feel for the owner of Chippas football club.

Playing overseas doesn't automatically make you "world-class", there are players in that Nigerian team that aren't world-class. Your Nwabali is old, he's likely to move from his team to a bigger SA team or to an Egyptian one at best. If he was fresh from an Olympic tournament as a youngster we would be talking about something different

South African players aren't "lazy" //why does everything with you Nigerians boil down to being lazy? Everyone and their mama is lazy except yourselves ..And what does your govt got to do with your performance?

Look bloke, your national football team may have come of age but it is largely underutilized because there is no balance in the team. The balance would need a fusion of foreign based players and domestic players, very necessary if you guys want to start beating teams like the Super eagles in the future.
Your team played very electric and entertaining football today but unfortunately was outclassed by the aura and experience of SE players.

If not for subtle football politics, that second goal Nigeria scored would had counted. The management of CAF wanted SA to clinch today's victory but fate had the exact opposite up its sleeve.

This super Eagles team is beatable my friend, the most average version I've seen. We don't have to play for Inter to beat your team. And we were not "outclassed" in any way or by any aura or experience blah blah.. We lost through the lottery of penalties. it's that simple

They are not lazy but physically they are light weight compared to West Africans. Not as strong physically.and therefore not able to impose themselves physically . I think that is generally the case for black people from many southern and East African countries.
Their men have small buttocks. It is like the women take the men's share of buttocks
They are not likely to be great at Rugby but might be good at boxing and athletics

You could have easily said that. And for our lack of physicality, we more than make up for our agility and speed. There's absolutely no need for a man to have big buttocks, unless you're attracted to that shit

BS, you were outclassed which was evident during the penalty kicks and brilliant safes on the part of SE players and goalkeeper.
Your keeper and players came up short because they didn't have the quality to bury the game by either saving or converting from the spot.
As SA team is advancing going further, Nigeria SEs are also advancing and thereby making it hard for you guys to catch up.

According to GOOGLE

The Gluteus Maximus (GM) muscle is the largest and most powerful in the human body. It plays an important role in optimal functioning of the human movement system as well as athletic performance.

Big Strong buttocks is what makes West African men so strong on the field and in bed

You were watching the game from those old black and white TVs. We played you off- the park, especially in the first half, you were literally chasing shadows..so please learn the meaning of the word "outclass". You won the game, there's nothing to catch up on, let's not make this what it's not
