Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Virtual Client Research / Outreach Assistant at Women in Business and Leadership. The Virtual Client Research / Outreach Assistant will be responsible for conducting research on potential clients, reaching out to those clients, and scheduling appointments for members of the sales team.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professional email etiquette and phone manner
Experience with client research and outreach, including maintaining a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines effectively
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite (formerly Google Apps), and virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Skype)
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Experience with marketing or sales in a B2B setting is preferred but not required
