Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

Keep tracking outstanding debts through phone calls
Plan course of action to recover owed money
Expert in contacting due date debtors
Update account status and database regularly
Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
Handle customers’ questions or complaints
Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
Ability to meet daily targets
Qualifications / Experience / Skills

Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND, B.SC qualification

1-2 years of experience as a recovery officer is compulsory
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: :38,000 - 60,000
With other bonuses
