Dear people of nairaland, Nigeria and the world, I have been suffering in silence, I don't know what else to do, I have a mental health challenge, for many years now, Doctor said I have paranoid schizophrenia, This illness has taken away happiness from me, taken away my peace of mind, I have done everything from taking drugs to meeting a psychologist, I don't know what else to do, This is a kind of fear that comes as a result of being afraid of spiritual things, Like an occult power or native doctor monitoring me and appearing to me to harm me, ( I can give you in details what my fears are) I have been depressed, sometimes I feel like ending it all, coupled with I'm jobless and have no one to complain to, Please any good soul that would like to give me a listening ear and profer a solution to me can reach me on whatsapp with the numbers below, I'm really feeling helpless 0.7.0.8.6.2.3.8.9.9.0 |

try and look for a page with people of same symptoms on Facebook, join them share experience and knw how most calm the symptoms if possible an app can be available to help you in such situation...you will learn much from people all over the world and the most interesting part is knowing you are not alone on this... anyway thats among the way I cure my anxiety and panic attack |

Realz99:Start by working towards convincing yourself of one truth and that truth is that there are no spiritual things or demons after you. You are not a special being that beings which you regard as demons should want to pay particular attention to you and only you. No such humans exist and no such beings either.  Once you are able to convince yourself of at least this, you should be able to overcome some of that darkness you carry with you. The rest is learning to accept your shame since we all have them just like you do, forgiving yourself of all that guilt and pain you bear, etc. Be sure to do all of this as you continue getting psychological treatment from a professional abeg. |
