You didn't read the report, this is a common thing in major markets. Blame the bank for this. How do they get this money out of the bank?

The allegation is simply not clear at all. Buying and selling of currency is something that is common even between friends
and is simply not a crime. If it's a crime, how many Abokis have been arrested?

So the ones in banks wearing suits and round tripping dollars at your currency's expense are the good guys, but the man doing the local version to get a few thousand naira to survive is the hardened criminal.

Foolish Nigerians do support blatant crime. Unless you are a registered POS agent and paying taxes, you are an economic saboteur as well.

EFCC should stop harassing weak targets. They should go to Adetokumbo Ademola just opposite Eko hotel in Victoria Island and arrest those Hausa/Fulani speculators trading illegally in both foreign and domestic currency in open glare.

I don't know what you mean by illegal cash dealings here, were they counterfeit the answer is NO, Everybody is aware that cash are scarce even in the bank, even in ATM so for those that needed cash for bulk good purchase are they going to wait for you, wont they find alternative measure to get cash and get their business running. EFCC amaze me a lot.
