The House of Reps have no power to order a separate arm of government. The legislature mandatory powers are exercised thorough law not resolution. Resolutions are advisory and not binding.

You have a point but their concern and the issues raised are valid and must be addressed. We need a country where things are done according to the intention of the law and the constitution; otherwise, we might as well go our separate ways
