You can all see that the hike in food prices has been arbitrary and artificial with no links to the FX situation whatsoever. We need our borders wide open and reduce duty, tackle insecurity, make friendly economy policy to attract investors, remove touts that collect taxes on our high way( Nigerians are paying multiple taxation) and empower farmers (deal with bandits) 6 Likes |

The minor reduction won't have any impact, trade unions are the major problems we have in Nigeria, they don't allow market forces to determine the price system , they can change prices as they want and any member that doesn't follow their set prices will be sanctioned, no free entry and free exit, unions act like monopolies in Nigeria 4 Likes |
