Malroux: I keep to ponder how we come to our conclusions and perception of events. Definitely the government has issued several notices to these guys but the inherent lawless nature of the average Nigerian will always suffice. I see nothing wrong in the government efforts to restore some measure of sanity to an already severely defaced public spaces in that state. It has nothing to do with anyone's source of livelihood. We must learn to hussle fairly and not selfishly. 2 Likes |

Get out of here with your sensational headline, street traders that they warn every damn time. The had to install barricade along some parts of eke awka market and yet people will still blatantly place there wheel barrows by the road to sell and end up creating traffic jam. I do hope soludo is even more harsh during his second tenure cos that what we need to bring sanity into many areas of anambra state 2 Likes |

sheedy407: That NAFDAC ban on sachets drinks is the best decision taken by NAFDAC. Before the sachetization of all manners of stuff, was alcoholic drinks not on sale? Were people not drinking to stupor? No sane country turns alcohol into a readily available commodity that is seen splattered in sensitive places like motor parks, where drivers get drunk and smash vehicles, killing many. This generation is already gone. Please let them save the next generation from drunkenness. An elder in my community is today childless because his grown son, an only son, was knocked down by a drunk driver. |

commoditieslink:Imagine this senseless comment from someone claiming woke? So demolishing markets without first providing alternative means 'restoring sanity to an already severally defaced public spaces in the state'. According to you, the victims should go and die. You wanted to sound sensible but ended up sounding foolish. You are talking because you haven't fallen a victim. Woke my ass. |

In Nigeria, journalists think they are above the law. Even ordinary vendors cant stick to the law of the state. This tells how lawless all us have become in this country.. |
