Benin Republic has lifted its sanctions against Niger using it's Ports.
Algeria which shares border with Niger has offered them use of its Ports and they are not part of ECOWAS.
Morocco has sent envoys to Burkina Faso to discuss using Morocco ports and plans to establish a railway corridor.

Russia has signed an MOU and they are currently doing feasibility on building a nuclear power plant in Mali and Burkina Faso.

Niger just commissioned a 30MW Solar power plant and more will follow to ween itself from dependence on Nigeria for electricity.

Since France left these countries there's been a remarkable improvement in security and fught against terrorism (tells us a lot) as Malian forces captured Kidal held by terrorists for 10 years within 2 weeks of heavy fighting.
