Just hear yourself.. entire Lagos, entire Abuja as if those ones are enough to be declared winner. Did Obi meet 25% requirements in Southwest( Lagos Exclusive), did he get 25% in North East, Northwest and North Central? If you can answer this, then you'll know if you're fooling yourself or not.
